Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items may take slightly longer, and processing times will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times:

• Local Orders: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–15 business days

(Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes depending on their country’s laws. These fees are not included in our prices.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items, and we’ll assist you right away.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
