Refund policy

Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned — and that's okay. We've got you.

At Hoki Ink, we're happy to help with any semi-permanent tattoo order within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept physical returns. That said, we'll always do our best to make it right by offering Hoki Ink store credit, or in select cases, a refund.

Requests made after 14 days may still be eligible for store credit, but please note that we're unable to assist with orders that are over 90 days old.

At this time, refunds are available only for orders placed within North America (Canada and the United States).
